Help needed... service characteristic

I live a place, where my neighbors (up and downunder), have apple watches, and they are also triggered with this detection, so i think i have to get service characteristic or even my name of the apple watch. but i dont know how to do it in esphome (only arduino code)
I have tried ESPresence, but it by far to slow to detect and other stuff, this code is the best i have found, thanks for that :-)

Hope you can get me a bit in the right direction
