Add a speed-type-save-dir custom variable

Great package, love it. However for those random samples downloaded from Project Gutenberg, it would be great to customise their save directory.
Also, I currently only get speed-type-region and speed-type-buffer to work. speed-type-text fails with "Could not create connection to www.gutenberg.org:443".
Awe, just realised it is a duplicate of #1. Sorry. Is it merged into master yet ?
Yes it is, I'll wait for the next MELPA build then ;-)
