[BUG] The menu should be round on hover

Current behavior

You hover over the menu icon and the, what should be a circle, isn't one.

Expected behavior

It should be rounded.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the menu icon
2. Hover over it

Environment (remove values that do not apply)

- OS: macOS and iOS
- Browser: Google Chrome and Safari
