mrepo includes a number of files dealing with up2date and rhn that include Red Hat or other copyright notices but no license information. Because there is no license information, and thus no explicit permission granted, those files are technically not legal to be distributed.

Can you please ensure that each file either lists the license under which it is granted, or obtain and include an explicit declaration from Red Hat or the copyright holder indicating that those files are legal to be distributed? Without this, I am not legally able to use this software.
