Add a simple GUI

overwitch will be renamed to overwitch-cli and overwitch will become the GUI application and the preferred way to run Overwitch.
Done in 54b97a8.
Binaries renaming has been carried out so, for anyone using Overwitch in any script, overwitch is now overwitch-cli. Sorry for breaking the scripts out there but since we were still on version 0.2 I guess this is not that bad.
The GUI is a just a POC. ATM, it's very usable but it is not configurable and only allows to run every device with default values.
This will be available in version 0.3, which should be out in a few days.
This can be closed now and the following improvements will be done in their own issues.
