No option for EdgeDeflector in default apps by protocol after update to OS Build 19044.1415

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Choose default apps by protocol'
2. Click on 'MICROSOFT-EDGE'
3. See error

Expected behavior
EdgeDeflector should be an option.

Actual behavior/describe the bug:
EdgeDeflector is not an option.

Details:
OS Build 19044.1415
Have attempted all of the recommended remedies in the Troubleshooting page.
