To Reproduce
Simply uninstall EdgeDeflector
Expected behavior
EdgeDeflector gets successfully uninstalled.
Actual behavior/describe the bug:
EdgeDeflector leaves a ghost and iconless "Microsoft Edge" in the browser tab on the Default Apps menu in the settings app
