Figure out a clean way to demonstrate projects on home page

- Little hovering thing that says "check out my projects!" and points to the projects tab?
- Instead of having the 'Business Intelligence' text in the background, get a gradient descent of the MLR Model to work for some huge dataset and create a GIF of the gradient descent working, look into Manim(3b1b's program to create math animations for youtube)
I am going to move the Manim Topic to another issue, as creating a static video to display in the background would be a great way to display my skills.
For now, I am going to make the tags clickable and link to an article/project page that only displays the tagged articles/projects
