Remove Background Image From Editor

In the administration panel, the editor window has a background image that looks like the SuperKablamo site background.

Reproduce:
1 - log in as admin
2 - go to admin panel and "Create Content"
3 - Type text into editor window
4 - The background image is from the site background

Solution:
Editor window should be black, no background image.
