As a testimony, there should be minimal HTML added

currently there's been an instance of a testimony added with extraneous span tags. Before committed to database, these extraneous tags should be removed so html added is minimal and there can be a consistent styling for the testimonies
this is a duplicate created from waffle. as of today, this is in the backlog
