Text in the grid cell instead of plotting

Hi,
I would like to show text inside each grid cell instead of the line chart. Here is the fiddle. Can you please suggest how to add text in some of the grid cells? and Not all the cells? Based upon reading value, instead of plotting the chart, I should be able to show the value in the grid cell to the corresponding x and y axis. can you please correct the below fiddle and share it to me
