I am the member of cdnjs.
We want to host d3-plugins/sankey/sankey.js on cdnjs.
But there is a question want to ask.
Is the library officially maintained on npm?
If yes, please help me offer the detail information about npm.

This repository contains only deprecated plugins for D3 v3. Maintained plugins are now developed in separate repositories and published to npm. For d3-sankey, see https://github.com/d3/d3-sankey.
