D-zone in a network with variable IP

Hi!
Currently i'm trying to run this bot on my Raspberry Pi, but when i began to set up it i stumbled with this property, it says i need to write the external IP to make the website visible from Internet.
The problem is: my ISP doesnt give me a fixed IP, so i always use a no-ip domain with DUC to have a stable point to access it.
Can i still run this bot? Thanks in advance!
If you have a domain that will resolve to your dynamic IP, then it should work if you put that domain in the address property.
