Add initial commit after `ng add` and a flag for skipping it

Add an initial commit within the correct format and with a list of things that were proceeded.
Provide a flag —skipCommit for skipping this step
Mark it as breaking change
In order to review the changes made by the schematic I think it will be better to not implement that.
A second point is that commuting manually will give you the chance to try out the configured changes directly by adding a commit.
