Electron 4.0.0 uses a too recent glibc for Raspberry Pi

With Raspberry Pi hardware and the latest version of electron (greater than 4.0.0), the following error occurs:
/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.27' not found
Fixed with 2c7e29.
