Current behavior

Test status previews are not visible for Slack links when using cloud vs dashboard in the URL

Desired behavior

Status preview to be visible

Test code to reproduce

In Slack:

https://cloud.cypress.io/projects/PROJECT_ID/runs/444/overview will not produce preview

https://dashboard.cypress.io/projects/PROJECT_ID/runs/444/overview works as expected
