Cannot open settings

Installed the app from F-Droid. When tapping on the settings option in the three dot menu nothing happens.

This is still early development. Not everything works already. The menu button a leftover from the template android studio gave me and will be either removed or given functionality in the next release.
Removed settings option and replaced it with a working logout option in 8aaa188. At the moment there is nothing else that would move into a new settings Activity.
