PTA missing from import

Summary
The PTA image is not getting imported when you run "https://github.com/cyberark/pas-on-cloud/blob/master/azure/import-pas-images.ps1"
Expected Results
Request is made for links to PTA image and the image is imported into the subscription like all other components
Actual Results
No request for PTA image is made on the ARM template and the PTA image is not imported
