Delete members not removing the domain user from Safe

I was able to create safe , add domain user/group and vault user but when i wanted to try remove domain user from a particular safe , i am always getting - User or group was not found. To automatically attempt to add use AddonUpdate.

I used the command mentioned under Delete members command.

I kept the user details in CSV like Safe-members-sample.
