Add as much logging to all flows as possible

During setup, deployment, and support the broker debugging is difficult since no logic flows provide enough logging to let us know where in the process they are.

Describe the solution you would like

• Logging for each step of internal actions
• Logging of all non-privileged variables in bind/provision process space
