A demo of the space host functionality is recorded

There is a demo video of the service broker being used with the space host functionality. Ideally it can also include:
- A high level PCF architecture overview / review of services
- A high level review of the main flows (add app, get secret) to enable other groups to demo
- A reference to the difference between the space-level flow and the app-level flow, and why you'd choose one versus the other
