Unrelease changes page includes generation info

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When looking at the "Unreleased changes" wiki page, it's unclear (without some digging) how it's being generated. The only real clue is that it gets submitted by a "Github action" user.
Describe the solution you would like
We could modify the template that's used to generate the page to include a line that describes the source of the page, maybe something like "This page was generated by running <link to script or folder w/ scripts>". I believe modifying this template file will do the trick.
