"What's new" section is part of suite.yml definition

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the first suite release we updated the suite release notes after the fact to add a "What's new" section, but we want to minimize manual tasks as much as possible.
Describe the solution you would like
We'd like to enable including "What's new" in the suite.yml so that the templating can automatically include it in the HTML output.
