Add official Jenkins plugin to suite

The Jenkins plugin is migrating to the official Jenkins GitHub org for plugins: https://github.com/jenkinsci/conjur-credentials-plugin
We need to determine how we handle plugins like this in the suite, and whether / how we will include it going forward.
