Unreleased wiki page shows some versions included in the last suite

If you look at the unreleased wiki page, it shows components as "unreleased" that were included in the last suite.
For example, conjur-api-dotnet@1.4.0 is listed:
when that's the version included in 0.0.1:
and it's also the version on master in suite.yml:

In addition, it's not clear how the categories will show on the page if, for example, a category has no components with unreleased changes. This is worth investigating to improve the usability of the page.
