To use,

1. Go to extension tab of your browser
2. Click load unpacked extension
3. select the file blur-eye

It works with some bugs

• Blur level starts with %10 but looks 0 in slider.

• It blurs only img tags

• Blurring is not live, so the popups or contents appear after extension work may not effected

• I can't add a favicon.
