how to use vatic creat pascal-voc format data

I have triedturkic dump identifier-o output/my --pascal and I have the error
File **/vatic/dumptools.py,line 526,dumppascal path=video.getframepath(fram,video,location) Nameerror:global name 'Video' is not defined
how can I fix it?
Typo, just make the v lowercase.
