Apache error

Hi!
After updating the ubuntu OS, I have an error:
Feb 06 16:28:09 pso-netdot-02 apachectl[1793]: Found = in conditional, should be == at /usr/local/netdot/lib/Netdot/Model/Device.pm line 4335.

How can it be corrected?
i think the problem is still in apache2
