when using 2 monitors , the second one does not work and the settings are not applied

I confirm this issue, after plug the second monitor on boot, it work but, any conf work,

I think there is no dual monitor management,

This is improved in 0.6, at this point I can get my monitors working exactly how I want them, but I have to use arandr (xrandr front-end) in order to easily do so. I have my portrait monitor in the right orientation in the right place (to the right of my main monitor). If application autostart is added, it will be trivial to get the monitors in the correct position on login.
