Add Workspace support

KWin already have workspace support, but it would be good if Cutefish also support workspaces officially.
Also there are some bugs with the KWin's workspaces like dock only stays on first workspace.
The 'slide' animation seems in line with the design language
I can't work without extra workspace. My screen becomes mess full of terminals.
