Review documentation to reflect the way multi-domain systems are now supported

Although the documentation talks about multi-domain systems in general terms, it does not go into the specifics of how they work. Now that we are building support for such systems, the documentation should be updated to discuss more precisely how that support is implemented.

Is this being worked on @pchapin? If not I can take it. I have a local branch: update/multi-domain-documentation waiting to be worked on. If necessary I can push this branch to link the issue.

@SevanBadal, I believe I added your VTC email address back to the CubeSat Laboratory team. However, my Teams client is acting a little oddly, so I'm not 100% sure it "took." Let me know if you don't see it.
