There is some problem where the CSS is not generated on the server. I'll investigate further as to the exact issue, but it seems fairly random.

I've fixed the issue this time and enabled debugging info on the server so I should be able to track down the root cause.

It's copied from the repository into the web folder. Somehow the copying is failing.

I've had additional logging on for a whole week now, and I haven't seen any errors. I'll wait another week and if it doesn't happen again I'll close the issue.
