is it possible to create 3d space draw or effect in client of minecraft driving on your server backend?
you can only do what is limited by the client itself. so you can for instance use resource pack for that, you can use scoreboard and other tricks like this...
One common way of doing that in classic minecraft server is to use ressource pack of modifying pumpkin hud texture and then draw watever you want with that
