Add installation instructions for custom vim airline theme on Windows

Install script for OSX runs

cp ./config/nvim/space.vim ./config/nvim/plugged/vim-airline-themes/autoload/airline/themes/space.vim

to copy custom airline theme into correct spot. Need to update Windows instructions to do the same manually.
