Missing requirements in documentation

Hello,
when I tried to use ctaplot and run the resolution example, I needed some extra packages to actually produce the plots, in particular I needed to install cm-super and dvipng to be able to run the code.
Seems to be something not too uncommon with how matplotlib is installed and what it uses to make latex plots, see matplotlib/matplotlib#16911 for example.
