Sort job annotations in job view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When running a series of related jobs on different platforms (such as the self-hosted terraform preview environments I want to view jobs in a side-by-side manner and compare annotation values. At present these annotations are not in a consistent order which makes this comparison less trivial than I'd like.

Job annotations should be sorted to provide consistent ordering.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Job annotation can continue using the ordering provided by the werft job API.
