Add a "how can I help" or "participate" section

In addition to the current site, I propose a page or section of the site which makes it clear how all sorts of people could help and participate. Looking at the current site that seems to be missing!
This comes to my mind because, despite knowing @maxogden and @rgrp both IRL and pinging on Twitter and discussing IRL about doing this year's event, I didn't know this event was actually happening until Annabel was standing in my kitchen and said a meeting had already happened... 😛

glad ya like the idea @danfowler not sure- depends on timelines and when you're thinking about the event being. I can design, do front-end dev, I also work on various open data projects (some of which actually use CSV) so I suppose I could present!
