Documentation needs to be built out for three main classes of users:
Community members trying to find information without a sign-in
- searching for information
- leaving feedback
Organization staff / volunteers doing data entry
- using the import tool
- using the chat bot interface
- reviewing feedback
IT / developers doing maintenance
- data import strategies, how to edit them, how to add them
- deployment options
- connecting to provider data sources e.g. Microsoft
