IdeaStrike is broken

uluhonolulu opened this issue · comments

The IdeaStrike version that's currently on GitHub is broken -- it won't let you save your settings. I know I should be creating an issue on their repository, but it says there that the repository is frozen, so I thought I'd let you know.

In addition, every View that contains a partial doesn't work on AppHarbor (although it works locally).

IdeaStrike deploys from my fork here https://github.com/csainty/Ideastrike/tree/appharbify
So if you are keen, you are welcome to fix the issues and send a PR.

If not, I'll take a look when I get a chance and sort it out. In the process of moving overseas at the moment, so not a lot of spare time for coding just at the moment :)

Ok, so you do plan to keep the Nancy version alive?

I chose the Nancy version as it is more complete.
Should the Code52 team reassemble and progress either version then I would go with that.

I think Nancy was the right choice, but I'd be interested in seeing it ported to RavenDB now we have RavenHQ available.

Ok, I'll send a pull request in a day or two.
