Improve Dockerfile

Describe the feature you would like
Remove unused dependencies in the Dockerfile and Pipfile and add the Pipfile to the Docker image first to make use of Dockers layer caching.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some dependencies are not used anymore and building an image takes a lot of time.
