Update readme to include path to Rails 4 version

It's mentioned on the readme, but no path is provided. Where is it?
It is just the standard gem on Rubygems. https://rubygems.org/gems/rails3-jquery-autocomplete.
Ok. I was looking at the last commit on the readme. Still showed push to .11 version. Thank you
