Run in parallel

wstest takes a really long time to run all of it's tests. It's going to make my CI really slow. It'd be nice if it ran all tests in parallel.
Actually it doesn't take that long, about 50s which is high but not too bad. Would still be really nice if it was parallel as then it would be much faster.
Going to close as it has been a while and I'm not sure if this is relevant anymore.
