The documentation mentions the false positive rate.
Is there any estimation of the false negative rate?
All Infineon generated prime numbers affected by the vulnerability have the given form. It is not possible that the key is vulnerable w.r.t. ROCA and not detected by our detected, thus the probability is 0.
