I don't think this is a bug, as 3p is a safe tile here.

so AI seem to be think three colors only increase the points but not when I chipong after can use it rong.(like tanyao）
akochan only evaluates ranking EV like that in Tenhou. Winning this 1000 points sanshoku-nomi here does not make the ranking any better.
