Spacing and alignment of filter section

Problem
Page: Case and Scholarship
In the filter section:
- The text input is not left-align with respect to the grid
- The spacing between filter input and tags looks too big in comparison with the table.
Solution
- Left-align the input component
- Reduce the space between text input and tags, I suggest a space of
8px.
