[Feature] Minor UI fix for the License Chooser Page

Problem

The UI is somewhat not user-friendly.

Description

The User Interface of the License chooser page could look better. A first-time visitor would wonder what the excess space by the right is meant for.

Alternatives

I suggest adding a border to the right side of the page to make users aware that some information would later be put up in that section. Also, the 'Confused?' section below the page should be centered.

@damlois I think the UI looks fine and the center-alignment of the Confused? Need help! section would unbalance the currently existing left-alignment of the page. A div stating Your selected license will appear here might work in the right column.

and once right column is there to show we can divide the space between them

I think the blank space is better than having the left side change size part way through

There may be other UX issues covered under "The UI is somewhat not user-friendly". If so, new specific issues should be opened.
