[Feature] Could you have a chance for maintaining a blocklist for Adguard?

I tried simplewall, but it conflicts with Adguard, so I need a list for Adguard which obeys with Adguard syntax.

I tried explaining this filtering mechanism to AdguardFilter team on there: AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters#62204
But, it seems like they are not interested.
