Linguist detecting *.pp as Pascal instead of Puppet

Not very important, but it does muck up my language statistics from GitHub :)
*.pp files are being misclassified as Pascal instead of Puppet.
This can be fixed by adding a .gitattribute to override the detection of Pascal as per https://github.com/github/linguist#troubleshooting
