Runaway workflow

Sometimes when left running for a long time, the workflow goes a little nuts and seems to feed into itself, resulting in loads of translate tasks running. Seems like it might be due to something in the blocks task.
There is a debug mode (npm start -- -LLLL for verbose) but I'm not usually running it that long to catch this.

Yes, on Windows machines the translate task seems to go haywire after a while, particularly when editing blocks. I don't have this issue on Mac (or, perhaps it is not as noticeable).
