No synching after renewal

I have successfully renewed my subscription, but since then my syncing no longer works manually or automatically. I've logged in/out of Strava, Garmin, and Dropbox, but nothing has happened for almost a week. Can anyone advise what I can do to get this working again, I haven't had this problem come up in a long time.
Update: I cleared out my dropbox tapiriik folder (this has worked in the past). I disconnected Strava so just dropbox and garmin. I get:
Dropbox: There was a problem indexing your activities on Dropbox, so no activities will be uploaded to Dropbox.
Could anyone please give me a suggestion about what to do?
